Located in the US Virgin Islands, the St. Thomas Coalition for Animal Rescue and Emergency Support—St. Thomas CARES— brings together fosters, volunteers, and community partners to rescue, protect, and rehome animals in need. Our mission is to provide safe foster care, emergency support, community resources, and education to help animals and their families through crises. 

Together, we are building a compassionate community where every animal is valued and can thrive.
